Luke Nienhaus, CIH
Luke Nienhaus has more than twelve years of environmental consulting experience, with special emphasis in indoor air quality, industrial hygiene, and due diligence focusing on asbestos, lead-based paint, and microbial contamination. He has extensive experience conducting large-scale asbestos inspections, microbial investigations, water damage remediation oversight, and lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments in schools, offices, industrial facilities, government buildings, and residences. Luke has recently focused on exposure assessments and exposure reconstruction projects as well as providing support in litigation involving toxic tort, occupational health and safety, and product liability actions.
Mr. Nienhaus holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from Ball State University. Luke is a licensed air sampling professional (ASP), asbestos project manager and inspector, and lead based paint inspector and risk assessor in Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. He is also licensed by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene as a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).
