In 2015, RHP Risk Management was founded by Principals Tracie Rose, Ben Heckman, and Jacob Persky. Combining their diverse backgrounds in industrial hygiene, exposure science, and cultural anthropology with decades of consulting experience, they have pursued their shared passion for building strong and sustaining relationships with clients, acting as trusted advisors and enabling clients to make informed decisions about complex human health risks. RHP has since expanded and today has a national presence with staff and offices strategically located in Michigan, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and California.
At the close of 2024, a pivotal moment occurred in RHP’s journey, with the retirement of co-founder, Tracie Rose. After more than 40 years of tireless dedication to excellence in client service, mentorship, and leadership, Tracie embarked on a well-deserved retirement. Tracie was and continues to be an integral part in the success of RHP. Her commitment to thought leadership and creative thinking will continue to inspire our team as we carry forward with the mission and values she helped to establish.
Today, RHP Risk Management remains committed to providing scientifically grounded, defensible solutions to our clients’ most complex exposure and risk challenges. As we look to the future, we continue to honor the vision of our founders while embracing innovation and growth to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
