RHP Risk Management’s Rod Harvey, P.E., CIH, CSP, CHMM is scheduled to speak at the Perrin Conferences Environmental Risk and PFAS Litigation Conference, June 11-12, 2024 at the NYC Bar Association, New York, New York.  This conference gathers legal, insurance, and industry experts to discuss new trends and insights on environmental and PFAS litigation.

During the panel, “More than a Simple Dust-Up – Dust Lawsuits and Occupational Dust Exposure”, Rod will be presenting a case study on the potential hazards of occupational dust exposure in the cannabis industry. The study focuses on the fatality of a cultivation facility employee, their responsibilities and the responsibilities of their employer.  Rod will lay out the findings of the OSHA’s investigation into this fatality.
